- If a product was damaged during the shipping process, you must report this within 2 business
days of receiving the product(s).
- EOC assumes no liability for returns, exchanges or refunds that as are not received by us. To
avoid this get a confirmation delivery receipt.
- We do not give refunds on personalized or custom made products. If the product is defective or
damaged during shipping we can exchange for the same product.
- If the product is not personalized or custom made, the cost of returning the product is the
responsibility of the customer. We will only refund the price of the merchandise. Shipping
charges will not be refunded.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your products.

- Include a copy of the invoice when returning all products.
- All products should be packed and returned in its original package. EOC bears no responsibility
for any returned items that have been damaged during the shipping process.
