    1.        How long would it take me to receive my products?
    Most of our products are both personalized and handmade. Therefore, it will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks
    for you to receive your product(s). If you order multiple items we will use the latest delivery date when
    shipping your products to avoid confusion.
    2.        What method of payments do you accept?
    We accept Master Card, Visa, Money Orders, and checks. Checks that do not clear do to insufficient funds
    there will be a $35.00 charge.  We do not accept COD’s (Cash on Delivery).
    3.        Do you accept mailed or faxed orders?
    Yes, we accept mailed and faxed orders.  Items will not be processed until we received payment. To avoid

    4.        What type of shipping do you use and can I track my order?
    EOC use USPS to handle our shipping process. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been
    placed. Use this tracking number to check the status of your order.

    6.        Can I cancel or change an order?
    Personalized orders are generally started soon after an order has been placed, therefore, customers should
    ensure their information is accurate prior to submitting  their order. In the event the order is placed
    incorrectly by the customer. The customer should make an attempt to contact EOC via e-mail as quickly as
    possible. EOC will make every effort to ensure the ordering process run smoothly . However, EOC cannot
    guarantee a customers' revision/cancellation request will be honored if the request is not received in a timely

    Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to other countries.

    We do not carry catalogs, however customers are encouraged to periodically browse our website as new
